The Story of "Turning Point Training Institute": From Performance Challenges to Tangible Results

We observed a common and costly challenge in the private sector facing managers and team leaders in Saudi market: "We invest significantly in employee training. They return highly motivated, but shortly after, the enthusiasm fades, new skills remain theoretical without practical application, and the desired impact on operational performance is absent."

This gap between training knowledge and practical application was our primary motivation. We witnessed how resources could be wasted and how training was sometimes viewed as a routine requirement rather than a strategic investment that drives real development.
