Course Overview

What is the Enneagram?

The Enneagram is a powerful framework for self-awareness and professional growth. It

offers deep insights into personality, behavior, and underlying motivations, helping

individuals and managers understand the values and drivers that shape their actions.

In organizational settings, the Enneagram is invaluable for identifying the root causes

of stress, miscommunication, and conflict, both within teams and at the individual

level. By illuminating core identity patterns and fostering emotional intelligence, the

Enneagram empowers professionals to enhance collaboration, improve

communication, and create a more cohesive and effective workplace environment.

Stages of the Mind for Strategic Leaders

Cognitive Complexity Development through the Spiral Dynamics Integral (SDi)

Model

Stages of the Mind for Strategic Leaders (SoM) is a cutting-edge course designed to equip leaders,

executives, and professionals with a deeper understanding of human development,

worldview evolution, and conscious leadership. Based on the Spiral Dynamics

Integral model as taught by Dr. Khaled ElSherbini, this program explores the cognitive

complexity stages through which individuals, teams, and organizations evolve in

response to increasing complexity. Participants will learn to recognize the underlying

value systems that shape behavior, decision-making, and cultural dynamics both

within themselves and across global contexts.

With a focus on expanding awareness and enhancing leadership adaptability, this

course empowers professionals to navigate diverse perspectives, resolve systemic

conflict, and lead with clarity and empathy in a rapidly changing world. Whether

managing multicultural teams, driving transformation, or cultivating organizational

resilience, Stages of the Mind provides the frameworks and tools needed to lead from

a higher level of consciousness.

The program follows three phases: assessment, training, and coaching, as follows:

Phase 1: Professional Assessment

This phase of the training’s objective is to complete a highly accurate and

informative professional assessment. It incorporates team culture

assessments to understand team dynamics and cultural influences. The

A professional assessment report is a fundamental part of the training process.

Phase 2: Group Training

This training phase aims to conduct a 3-day (20-hour) internationally certified

workshop, introduce participants to the SoM model, help them understand the

stages well, empower them to observe these stages in action within themselves

and around them, and provide internationally recognized, high-quality, and

customized training based on assessment results and organizational needs.

Phase 3: Individual and Team Coaching

Conduct individual coaching sessions to review assessment reports,

understand the content, and plan actions, with the possibility of further

coaching based on mutual agreement, and to recommend team coaching

sessions for team reports, all of which can be conducted in-person or online.

Topics covered include: Principles of Human Development, Stages of Development,

Stage Dynamics, Conditions for Change, and the Process of Change.
