Enneagram Executive Program (EEP)<\/strong><\/p>\n

In this workshop we introduce the Enneagram for Executives and Leadership with the following objectives:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Cultivate Transformational Leadership: Empower executives with profound self-awareness and personal growth through the Enneagram’s insights, fostering authenticity, empathy, and vision to create a culture of trust, innovation, and resilience within the organization.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Optimize Team Dynamics and Performance Apply the Enneagram to identify each team member’s strengths, enhancing collaboration, optimizing team dynamics, and achieving peak performance across the organization.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Improve Emotional Intelligence and Strategic Decision-Making Develop emotional intelligence and strategic decision-making, enabling effective communication, conflict management, and informed decisions aligned with organizational values. By participating in the Enneagram Executive Program, your leaders will commence an inspiring journey of self-discovery and development, leading to a more effective, harmonious, and visionary organization. Program Structure The program follows three phases: assessment, training, and coaching, as follows:<\/p>\n

Phase 1: Professional Assessment This phase of the training’s objective is to complete a highly accurate and informative professional assessment. It incorporates team assessments to understand team dynamics, and the professional assessment report is a fundamental part of the training process.<\/p>\n

Phase 2: Group Training This training phase aims to conduct a 3-day (20-hour) internationally certified workshop, introduce participants to the Enneagram model, help them identify their core type, and provide internationally recognized, high-quality, and customized training based on assessment results and organizational needs.<\/p>\n

Phase 3: Individual and Team Coaching Conduct individual coaching sessions to review assessment reports, understand the content, and plan actions, with the possibility of further coaching based on mutual agreement, and to recommend team coaching sessions for team reports, all of which can be conducted in-person or online. Topics covered include: Intelligence Centers, Emotional intelligence, Core human motivations, Enneagram types, understanding meaning and purpose.<\/p>\n
