Stages of the Mind for Strategic Leaders (SoM) is a cutting-edge course designed to equip leaders,<\/span><\/p>\n

executives, and professionals with a deeper understanding of human development,<\/span><\/p>\n

worldview evolution, and conscious leadership. Based on the Spiral Dynamics<\/span><\/p>\n

Integral model as taught by Dr. Khaled ElSherbini, this program explores the cognitive<\/span><\/p>\n

complexity stages through which individuals, teams, and organizations evolve in<\/span><\/p>\n

response to increasing complexity. Participants will learn to recognize the underlying<\/span><\/p>\n

value systems that shape behavior, decision-making, and cultural dynamics both<\/span><\/p>\n

within themselves and across global contexts.<\/span><\/p>\n

With a focus on expanding awareness and enhancing leadership adaptability, this<\/span><\/p>\n

course empowers professionals to navigate diverse perspectives, resolve systemic<\/span><\/p>\n

conflict, and lead with clarity and empathy in a rapidly changing world. Whether<\/span><\/p>\n

managing multicultural teams, driving transformation, or cultivating organizational<\/span><\/p>\n

The program follows three phases: assessment, training, and coaching, as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

Phase 1: Professional Assessment<\/span><\/p>\n

This phase of the training’s objective is to complete a highly accurate and<\/span><\/p>\n

informative professional assessment. It incorporates team culture<\/span><\/p>\n

assessments to understand team dynamics and cultural influences. The<\/span><\/p>\n

A professional assessment report is a fundamental part of the training process.<\/span><\/p>\n

Phase 2: Group Training<\/span><\/p>\n

This training phase aims to conduct a 3-day (20-hour) internationally certified<\/span><\/p>\n

workshop, introduce participants to the SoM model, help them understand the<\/span><\/p>\n

stages well, empower them to observe these stages in action within themselves\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

and around them, and provide internationally recognized, high-quality, and<\/span><\/p>\n

customized training based on assessment results and organizational needs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Phase 3: Individual and Team Coaching<\/span><\/p>\n

Conduct individual coaching sessions to review assessment reports,<\/span><\/p>\n

understand the content, and plan actions, with the possibility of further<\/span><\/p>\n

coaching based on mutual agreement, and to recommend team coaching<\/span><\/p>\n

sessions for team reports, all of which can be conducted in-person or online.<\/span><\/p>\n

Topics covered include: Principles of Human Development, Stages of Development,<\/span><\/p>\n

Stage Dynamics, Conditions for Change, and the Process of Change.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recommended number of attendees: 12 to 18<\/span><\/p>\n
